Dietary Aide

Qualifications:

1.    Grammar school graduate.
2.    Ability to read and understand applicable dietary documents and emergency procedures.
3.    Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the task required. 

Essential Job Functions:

1.    Prepares tray line and sets up for food/meal service.
2.    Performs dish washing, cleaning and sanitation duties. 

Additional Duties:

1.    Assists in food storage.
2.    Assists in food preparation and production.
3.    Uses required kitchen equipment.
4.    Performs other duties as assigned. 

Physical Requirements:

1.    Occasionally lifts up to 30 pounds.
2.    Frequent bending, leaning, squatting and reaching.
3.    Frequent pushing and pulling up to 30 pounds. 

Status: Hourly
