Perceptions about acceptable workplace conduct continue to change in the wake of the #MeToo movement.This timely and important program will explore new research, new ideas, and new methods… 
  • to prevent sexual harassment, 
  • to encourage victims and bystanders to report it, and 
  • to handle claims successfully.
An accomplished litigator, Amber Solano represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She has experience with wrongful discharge, wage and hour (including class actions), discrimination/harassment, retaliation, leaves of absences, privacy, and the First Amendment.
